VillagerHost - Terms of Service

Refunds will be issued at VillagerHost sole discretion based on our money back guarantee. Product Addons, Upgrades, Client Credit and Terminated Services are all non-refundable. In addition, services which have breached our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund. To request a refund, clients should contact the Billing Department via the VillagerHost Support System.

VillagerHost accept no responsibility for any issues which may arise due to late payments. Invoices are generated 10 days before they are due. Failure to pay for your service by the due date will result in suspension of the service. VillagerHost charges a 20% late fee of the total cost of the Invoice when it is left overdue for 4 days. If the payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the service will be terminated completely.

VillagerHost reserve the right to update our pricing structures with or without prior notice to our clients. Updates to pricing may affect active services, and if this is the case clients will be required to follow the new pricing structure, or cancel their service(s).

VillagerHost permits clients to choose their preferred billing cycles. Clients can cancel their service at any time throughout their chosen billing cycle. If a service is cancelled whilst on the Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annually billing cycles, any unused months can be refunded in client credit by contacting the Billing Department.

VillagerHost allow subscriptions to be created with some gateways in order for clients to make payments automatically. By using our subscription system, clients are responsible for cancelling the subscription if they no longer require the service. Refunds for subscription payments which were not cancelled as appropriate will be issued in client credit only.

Disputes/chargebacks should not be opened with VillagerHost; for refunds, the VillagerHost Billing Department should be contacted directly via our support system. Opening a dispute/chargeback with VillagerHost will result in suspension of all active services. In addition, VillagerHost will not refund clients who open Disputes or Chargebacks, refunds will only be issued with approval from the VillagerHost Billing Department.

VillagerHost accept no responsibility for loss of data, regardless of the cause. Unless otherwise outlined, VillagerHost accept no responsibility for backups of services, clients should use their own methods to regularly take backups of data. In the event that VillagerHost offer complimentary backups of particular services, VillagerHost make no guarantee that these backups can be provided or restored. Backups that VillagerHost make are intended for our own recovery purposes, they are not intended as a replacement for clients taking their own backups.

By utilizing our services, clients accept full responsibility for their data and services, VillagerHost will not be held accountable for any content clients store or use on our systems, VillagerHost reserve the right to take appropriate action in the event of a breach of our Terms of Service. In addition, VillagerHost will not be held liable for any losses which may incur, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is in no way limited to data, traffic and income.

VillagerHost reserve the right to suspend, limit, edit or terminate any services at any time with or without prior notice, and for any reason at our discretion. VillagerHost also reserve the right to refuse a customers use of our services, for any or no reason at our discretion.

When utilizing VillagerHost services, clients are limited to a maximum of one client area account per person. VillagerHost do not allow clients to hold multiple accounts, regardless of the reasoning behind this.

By utilizing our affiliates system, clients agree to use the system legitimately, clients may not spam or falsely advertise others, additionally, clients may not use the affiliates system to refer themselves or duplicate accounts. VillagerHost currently offer a 10% recurring commission for each service referred to us, VillagerHost reserve the right to modify the given commission at any time. Commission is paid into the affiliate balance after 8 days of referral, if the referred client requests a refund in the first 7 days under our money back guarantee, the referral will not receive their commission, additionally, if a client is to dispute or chargeback their payment, the referrer will have their commission for the service removed. Currently, the minimum withdrawal amount is £10, upon making a withdrawal request, VillagerHost will add the funds to your client credit balance only.

VillagerHost utilizes FraudRecord to screen new orders for previous fraudulent activity and report existing clients who violate our Terms of Service. In case of a violation, you may be reported to FraudRecord for misbehaviour using one-way hashed information. In the event that VillagerHost detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to request clients verify the information that they have provided.

VillagerHost reserve the right to update the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice to clients.

By using our website and services, you automatically agree to have accepted our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy regardless of them being read, or understood. VillagerHost accept no responsibility for the lack of (or understanding of) our policies and anyone who chooses to breach them may have their services limited, suspended, or terminated completely.
